The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is doing great work. One of the great things they are advocating is vaccines. A simple vaccine can save lives. LOTS of lives! Sometimes I despair when I hear people twisting the idea that when people have children more likely to survive to adulthood, they will have fewer children into some sort of global population conspiracy... It takes a level of idiocy and basic paranoia that makes me question their fitness to be part of the human race. They would do better in the world of "Idiocracy" perhaps? Anyway, the Gates Foundation has this great video out that I want to share.
